David Zahn - Managing Principal

With 22 years of hi-tech, management experience; David has led successful product development, product management, marketing (inbound and outbound), and service delivery teams helping startups and SMBs achieve rapid revenue growth. Highlights of his career include owning products, services, and marketing initiatives that contributed to bookings growth from a few million to over one hundred million dollars for an enterprise software company and revenue growth of 90% in a recessionary year (2008) for a services company.

David's career history spans numerous industries and markets including banking, Internet retail, telecommunications, high performance computing, virtualization, and finance.  During that career, David has also developed a specific expertise developing and implementing outsourcing strategies – especially within R&D and F&A.  With deep insight into bridging the cultural differences of working with offshore resources (e.g., India), David is able to help companies avoid the expensive missteps in establishing a high return outsourcing strategy – particularly one that involves offshore components.
